1. What kind of announcements are placed on HOME.GE?
On HOME.ge, it is possible to place announcements about apartments, houses and country houses, commercial premises and hotels.

2. How to register?
On the main page, press the "Login" button, on the page that opens, choose registration and fill in all mandatory fields. To register, visit the website: https://www.home.ge/en/registration.html

3. How do I edit my account?
Login/Register. In the My Account section, select My Profile and change your personal information.

4. How do I submit an application?
Login/Register. On the main page, press the button to place an ad. Choose a category and fill in all the required fields.

5. Is there a fee to post an ad?
Placing an ad in the standard module is free. The site also has paid - priority ad placement modules: TOP VIP BOOST, TOP VIP, SUPER VIP, VIP+ and VIP.

6. How do I edit a statement?
Go through authorization/registration. In the block of my account, select My ads. Next to the desired listing, click Edit listing and change any information.

7. How to purchase TOP VIP BOOST, TOP VIP, SUPER VIP, VIP+ and VIP services?
Login/Register. On the main page, press the button to place an ad, and after choosing a category, choose a module and select the desired service. If you have already posted an ad, go to My Experiences and click Update/Change Module to the right of your ad.

8. How do I update my application?
Go through authorization/registration. In the block of my account, select My ads. Next to the desired listing, click Update/Change Module.

9. How do I withdraw my statement?
Login|Register to take advantage of the pull-up add-on service. Click on the My Profile button, then "Upload your application".

10. How do I color the statement?
When using this service, the announcement will be given a color that visually distinguishes it from other announcements. To use the service of adding color, go through authorization|registration. Click the My Profile button, then "Color your statement".

11. What payment methods can I use?
Payment is made from the site by card or bank transfer. See the requirements at the link: https://www.home.ge/en/requisites.html

12. Is the statement real?
The administration of the web page checks the suitability of all published announcements, but nevertheless we cannot give a 100% guarantee of the complete correctness of the information.

13. How are refunds made?
The paid amount is returned in case of appeal of the application, within 24 hours from the moment of payment. You can appeal the payment, if for technical reasons you could not receive the service corresponding to the fee from the site.

15. The role of the site in buying and selling?
We help real estate owners get their listings seen by as many people as possible. The site administration does not directly sell real estate, therefore it is not responsible for real estate prices and other details. The person interested in the real estate contacts the owner of the application and an agreement is made between them regarding the purchase and sale.

16. What is the restriction on the time of placing an ad on the site?
You can add any number of ads to one profile, except for the following:
1. Placing several announcements of the same content
2. Placing a non-thematic announcement

17. Maximum deadline for placing an ad?
The maximum term of placing an ad is 30 days.

18. Which announcements are shared on the Facebook page?
Only TOP VIP BOOST, TOP VIP, SUPER VIP, VIP+ announcements are shared on Home.ge's Facebook page.
The account with the email address already exists on the site. To synchronize with Social Network Login plugin please enter the password to your account on the site.
